Social anxiety is more common than you think. It’s more than just being introverted or even shy. I have struggled with social anxiety since I was a child. 💆🏾♀️
A lot of people in society want to pretend that they don’t care what others think but the truth is, everyone does care a little bit. That’s normal! Some of us who struggle with anxiety, find ourselves more preoccupied than normal. 🤷🏾♀️We worry about what others may think about us and compare ourselves to others. It can make going into social settings, even social media settings, hard or sometimes impossible. 😪
There are things you can do to improve your quality of life and self-image, and overcome social anxiety. Challenging negative thoughts when they come up is a great first step toward mastering positive self-talk.💕✨💪🏾
